## Diskwento Description
Diskwento — PWD & Senior Citizen Discount Verifier

Never get overcharged again. Diskwento instantly checks if your 20%
discount and VAT exemption were correctly applied — right at the
  counter, every time.

  WHAT DISKWENTO DOES

  Discount Checker
Computes the exact amount you should pay per RA 7277 (Magna Carta for
PWDs) and RA 9994 (Expanded Senior Citizens Act). Handles multiple
items, VAT-inclusive and VAT-exempt prices, with live computation as
  you go.

  Compare & Verify
Enter what the cashier charged. Diskwento tells you instantly whether
it's correct — or if you were overcharged.

  Report Overcharging
Generate a ready-to-send formal complaint email pre-addressed to DTI,
NCDA, and your local PDAO or OSCA. Attach GPS-tagged receipt photos as
evidence. All 17 Metro Manila LGU contacts are built in.

  VAT Calculator
See exactly how much 12% VAT is embedded in any price. Compare with
rates from 20+ countries worldwide. Includes a historical note on the
Philippine VAT rate before RA 9337 raised it to 12% in 2006.

  Reseta & ID Vault
Store your prescriptions and discount IDs as photos — kept privately
on your device. No cloud, no account, no internet required. Full-screen
viewer with pinch-to-zoom and pan. Your PWD ID and Senior Citizen ID
are stored in separate sections for quick access.

  Transaction History
Review past discount checks and VAT calculations anytime. All records
are automatically deleted after 2 days to protect your privacy.
