## Disney Cast Life Reviews in United States

### *---- "Long loading time"
It should not take TEN MINUTES to boot up a client for the webpage. Absurd.
-- Hot Coldman, 2025-09-14

### **--- "Calendar Shift Glitch"
Hi! Having lots of issues with Training Shifts disappearing or not showing up at all on the Schedule Calendar. Please fix!
-- HeyImRandy, 2025-09-13

### *---- "Horribly Designed"
It is such a shame that a company like Disney would not have a faster and more effective app for their employees. It is constantly crashing, glitching out, and is not up to date on technology advancements (Face ID, automatic password saving, etc.) it is super disappointing to be a cast member and have an app that is not working at its full potential- ever.
-- JackieGordan, 2025-09-08

### *---- "Cant log in"
I can not log in! I tried my password so many times and it wont let me in. Resetting is impossible, it keeps taking me back to the log in page when i select rest password. So frustrating!
-- Strwbeary, 2025-09-07

### *---- "No longer accessible"
About a month or so ago I had no issues getting logged in, now all of a sudden it “looks like you don’t have access to this app.” I cannot access or use the app at all, yet on the website I have full access to everything as normal. Why all of a sudden the change of accessibility?
-- [******], 2025-08-27

### **--- "Constant logging in"
I don’t understand how this multi BILLION DOLLAR company can’t even make an app for its cast members to use without issues. I have had to log in four times in the last day alone. That’s not to mention the relogging in once you’re in to view Rostr or your paystub. And the Okta verify only works if I use the second “push notification” button? And sometimes it requires Okta verify several times a day too. Stop logging me out!! You made us have a ridiculously long password and having to type that multiple times a day just to check my schedule is insane.
-- Katrific16, 2025-08-26

### *---- "Can’t Access???"
Along with the already annoying logging in after logging in, now I don’t have access to an app I’m supposed to you? Smh, fix your app. Billion dollar company and can’t fix an app that MANY need. Guess the browser will have to do.
-- CaptainKoa, 2025-08-08

### *---- "HORRIBLE"
Trying to figure out anything on this app is impossible, do better for your cast Disney. Don’t make us work extra hard to try and find the benefits you barely offer us
-- TwitterIsWayBetter__, 2025-07-31

### *---- "Loading"
Nothing is loading properly for me and I can’t access any other tab other than the main tabs.
-- Austen Hardin, 2025-07-30

### **--- "still needs improvement"
feels like there’s no point to have this. it always crashes, you have to constantly sign in. sometimes i have to sign in twice? most buttons take you to the website—where you have to sign in again. so then whats the point of having the app if you can’t easily access what you need?
