Gameloft randomly places up charges on their stated prices ($10 on an $18 purchase), and refuses to give customer the item they paid for, and closes the customer service ticket without resolving the issue.  I only gave them 1 star because there was no option to give 0.  The game is a huge money grab and Gameloft is unethical.

I understand ads being in free games, but having ads pop up every minute or two is a bit ridiculous. I can only collect the magic from the parade and then visit Merlin for a Gathering Spell before being hit with an ad. I’ve toughed it out since the ads were easy to exit out of, but I’m getting sick of the Skittles ad showing up and not letting me close it for 20 seconds.
Please fix this as the game is pretty cool to play.
