Disgraceful application. Does not work when I am travelling abroad, downloaded are not completed and takes very long time compared to the same process in Amazon Prime and Netflix. Worst customer experience ever. Will cancel my subscription soon
The app stock on you need to authenticate
No matter what I do, even if I delete the app and the cash when I reinstall it again, it keeps asking me to re-authenticate and says there is something wrong with my authentication so basically I cannot get inside the app from my device for more than half year!
