From last few days app is not opening and it shows a message saying Update is available but when try to update it App Store shows a message to open. Clicking on opens again shows update available message. Already uninstalled and installed multiple times but that didn’t help.
At the point where I have to put in my phone number to get a code, it doesn’t work. I tried multiple times, I tried the calling option, made sure that my phone number is correct and nothing happened.
Disney takes very long to add new content, I can’t access Disney in other countries when I travel. Unlike Netflix, Amazon etc Disney needs to get with the times and provide new content more frequently and allow access worldwide
I’ve used Disney+ since it launched in South Africa. Today I suddenly find myself blocked on both the website and on the app with the error message "Looks like you are connecting through a VPN, proxy or 'unblocker' service. Please turn off any of these services and try again." Nothing has changed in my internet connection since I signed up and I’ve never used a VPN. I connect directly to my WiFi through a router. The only way to contact Disney is through phoning them. The fact they can their block paying members without warning or any online way to contact them is disgusting.

Just the worst! Hasn’t improved in over a year. I have finally given up and cancelled my subscription. They really don’t care to fix it.
Yall gotta take a look into that cause the next episode doesn’t start till the LONG MARVEL credits finish. Y'all should also take the skip intro function into consideration. However this is a really awesome platform with some really awesome shows for everyone to enjoy. Shout out disney fr.

I have spent 4 days trying to sign up for Disney plus. I have used a Samsung tv, a Samsung phone, an Apple phone and my laptop with 2 different browsers. I have followed the call centres troubleshooting guidance 3 times and still cannot receive the OTP that I need to start paying for the service. Their “trouble shooting” process is needlessly repetitive and assumes I’m the problem. Took me 4 minutes to sign up for Amazon prime. Also couldn’t give feedback on the website since the options only relate to being a subscriber. Which I have found it impossible to become.
The subscription claims you can get 4K streaming, I can’t get anything above 1080p (which is also compressed btw), even on my MacBook Pro (3024 x 1964 display mind you). The responsiveness of the app keeps messing up. It always forgets playback. It doesn’t reset playback once you’ve finished an episode. The sound quality is bad on some shows, I assume it’s the compression they’re applying to their video. Now and then airplay goes out of sync. The subtitle settings go in and out of sync with airplay. I’ve reported all this to Disney, they don’t care. I also came across an article talking about the resolution issue, they only managed to get 4K on like 1 to in the whole country. No comment from Disney either.
