Difficult to subcribe. No option to charge with Smart Telecom Bill.
Mid app, not worth it after the price hike
My review encompasses the iPad and iPhone apps, desktop web interface and TV app. There as some good exclusive shows, recent Star Wars and MCU releases are meh to huh. IPad and iPhone apps are limited to 1080p, there is no PiP, downloading episodes is clunky and will pause when minimized or device is locked. Web interface is OK but limits you to 720p only. LG TV app is laggy and super slow, barely usable. This is the only device that supports 4k All these are tolerable before the price increase. Now, no.

having trouble logging in. i badly want to watch some movies/series from this app. i am already subscribed. help pls!

Great shows but UI can be improved
I like the Korean shows in the app and the Marvel movies. I think the layout and user interface can be improved to allow users to easily search shows. There’s something about the user interface that makes it difficult to locate shows and the app has 1-2 sec lag time when scrolling. Hope these can be improved
I couldn’t unsubscribe
Very unsatisfactory, I couldn’t unsubscribe because of this app payments difficulties and it keeps deducting my e-money fo almost 2 months. Waste of money! The hell with that marketing strategy.
Poor account management
managing my account on the Disney+ iOS app is frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. The app hides the mobile number associated with the account, which makes it very difficult to manage multiple accounts, especially if the numbers are similar. It's baffling why this information needs to be hidden, as it adds an extra layer of confusion for users. I hope Disney+ addresses this issue soon because it's a major inconvenience for an otherwise good streaming service.
WILL NOT RENEW SUBSCRIPTION
The app keeps on crashing! Always SOMETHING WENT WRONG!!!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY TO SPEND HERE!!!! I AM SO FRUSTRATED THAT EVERYTIME I WANT TO CONTINUE THE SERIES I AM WATCHING, IT SAYS SOMETHING WENT WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
