Ich kann es nicht fassen. Schon vier mal habe ich mit dem Disney Support telefonieren müssen. Das ich meine IP V6 Zertifizierung ausschalten musste, ist eine Frechheit. Das ich jedes Gerät schon zweimal abmelden musste ist Unglaublich! Öffentliche WLAN kann man nicht nutzen, da sonst die Geräte nicht mehr erkannt werden können. Und und bei jedem Apple Gerät muss die Tracking IP Funktion ausgeschaltet werden. Wie schlecht ist Disney bitte ! Ich werde nie wieder ein Disney Abo abschließen, diesen Aufwand ist es definitiv nicht.

Es ist unglaublich wie buggy die app ist. Läuft ein Video im Pop-Up auf das Ende zu verschwindet es. Die nächste Folge höhrt man dann nur noch. Keine Chance die Folge zu beenden, wenn man in die App zurück geht wird nichts abgespielt, der Ton läuft weiter solange die App offen ist. Startet man von hier wieder ein Video wird das im Hintergrund laufende „Video - man höhrt nur den Ton“ weiter. Hier hilft nichts außer komplett Disney+ zu beenden und neu zu öffnen. User wählen Pin eingeben usw. Schreckliche Benutzererfahrung

Ich versuche schon den ganzen in Deutschland mich anzumelden und es geht nicht ständig kommt das es für meine Region nicht verfügbar ist habe eine aufladekarte gekauft die auch nicht funktioniert dort steht ich hätte sie schon eingelöst was ich nicht so testen kann der Support ist zu nichts gebrauchen ständig werden Chats einfach beendet was ist denn los aufeinander

Warum man innerhalb der Folge nicht auf die weiteren Folgen zugreifen kann ist mir ein Rätsel.
Man muss jedes Mal zurück auf die Startseite um auf das mini Info Symbol zu drücken damit ich endlich die Staffel und Folge auswählen kann.

Ich liebe die Auswahl und alles ist sehr übersichtlich und leicht zufinden
Eine kleine Sache die mich aber stört ist dass manche Serien falschrum sortiert sind (z.B. futurama und Family guy) dort ist die Staffel reinfolge z.b. 12-1 anstatt 1-12. bitte fixed das dann wäre Disney + eine 10/10 anstatt eine 9,5/10.
