4K HDR is only supported in app (and not in browser). The tedious workaround is to stream from app via AirPlay to computer, but for many movies it's diabled due to DRM. I feel cheated because I paid for premium plan and it's not usable.

I was using the app, and it was a good experience, however for some time now I can’t log in at all. The app doesn't let me pass the login screen… Code, restarts, reinstalls, changing passwords nothing works. This is a huge critical bug, please fix it as soon as possible!

Po podniesieniu cen i wprowadzeniu limitu urządzeń nie ma możliwości korzystania na niektórych urządzeniach, nawet jeżeli wylogowane są wszystkie dotychczasowe. Aplikacja nie działa tak jak przed ostatnimi zmianami, jest po prostu beznadzieja i żal. Podnieść ceny każdy potrafi ale utrzymać jakość i komfort korzystania to już wyczyn. Dramat

I can’t enter the app any further than the profile page. When I click on my profile it says I need to customize it, but there is only avatar, name and birthday, and all are filled. I click save and go back to the profile selection. When I click again on my profile I am back on the “customize your profile” page. I was able to view any films only by entering another profile which I marked as junior.
The same happens on TV but there is no possibility to see or enter any other profile than the main, making it impossible to use Disney on TV. I just paid today for a month but if this is not solved I will need to request a refund.
My phone is iPhone 14 and I just made sure it is updated to the newest iOS 17 version
