Bardzo dobra jakość I świetne filmy

Problemy z logowaniem od miesięcy, a nawet nie ma jak tego zgłosić i uzyskać pomoc. Jedyna opcja to obsługa telefoniczna - wstyd. Nie mam możliwości dzwonić. Pilna potrzeba obsługi mejlowej lub chatu. Chcę jak najszybciej usunąć konto.

I don’t remember ever writing a negative opinion but what I have come across using Disney service is just downright horrible. In customer service there was no one who actually listens to what I was saying. There was a misspelling on my account, the difference was one letter only. I used Disney for around 1-2 weeks. And I stopped. Before the month ended I checked my account for subscription but there was no subscription in my account so there was nothing to be cancelled as far as I knew. However it turned out that I was kept being billed for 3 months straight. I checked my husband’s account too, no sign of subscription. I called the support and I was informed that it seems there was a misspelling, that’s why I couldn’t find the subscription - such an address has never existed and oddly enough there was no data in my browser of such an account (although at the beginning I was just logging in automatically). I wrote many emails explaining, the response was without any explanation. Just that they can’t do anything and they are happy that they helped …. (They did nothing). The lady on the call later said really rude things like „I am not your browser” (I didn’t say that she was …. I was explaining the situation). I was also accused by the lady that I must have known that there was a misspelling. It is all nothing, but I decided to share this information as I just feel like there is no one in Disney to talk with for support. It is just a glass ceiling.

Macie ceny z kosmosu, serialów tak mało że głowa mała albo bez sensu. Filmy dodawane raz na 1-2 miesiące, to przy tych cenach wolę chodzić do kina niż u was czekać i przepłacać.

i keep having this issue where i want to log in to my profile and it just says that the pin is wrong when it isn’t. only reinstalling the app fixes the issue for a while

Wzasadzie to gdyby nie było tam Star Wars Nie miałbym tej aplikacji

not a lot of movies and nothing interesting to watch:/ (although everything works as it should)
