I’m in a area where Disney services are unavailable and to cancel my subscription I have to log on my account which is impossible as the service is not available. The app was great but you just have to cancel the subscription already as I didn’t pay since 4th of December and I block you from debiting my card and I still see in transaction list that you are trying twice even more done day to take me the money. So, you better make available in Africa your services or you just shut the account if not payed for more than a month. Be professionals

Very nice! I was not announced that there will be a change regarding the plans and I was automatically upgraded to the most expensive one. And on top of that I can’t even get in touch with a representative because I’m not in the good old US of A and I don’t want to stay 30 minutes in an international call for someone to pick up. I’m not going to subscribe to Disney ever again and might as well stop the others subscriptions as well.

When I installed the app, it was fine. It was in English. I could’ve easily change the language of the app as I wished. 

That night when I opened the app again it was ALL translated to freaking Greek! I’m not exaggerating. I could not understand anything. And the bad part is that, still, can’t change it back to English properly. And many times (if not every time) I have problems with changing the profile to another one. 

But, otherwise, the app is great, actually. I can watch how many movies I want without any problems. Subtitles are available in many languages, and that’s a plus for me. 

But, still, y’all might want to consider this problem and fix it.
