I’m in a area where Disney services are unavailable and to cancel my subscription I have to log on my account which is impossible as the service is not available. The app was great but you just have to cancel the subscription already as I didn’t pay since 4th of December and I block you from debiting my card and I still see in transaction list that you are trying twice even more done day to take me the money. So, you better make available in Africa your services or you just shut the account if not payed for more than a month. Be professionals

This needs to be addressed. I can’t watch anything on my chromecast because it keeps disconnecting me. I never had this issue before.

Its absolutely horrendous, logging in on a TV is a timely and annoying process. The code dosent work half the time and you have to redo the whole thing manually, the qr code is useless

Aplicația nu funcționează, te direcționează pe site-ul oficial, iar acolo găsești alte probleme.

Ok, so two days ago I watched the movie Cloud Nine and an hour ago I searched for it on Disney+ to watch it again, but now when I looked for it, it’s no longer on the app. DISNEY, WHAT IS HAPPENING?

Very nice! I was not announced that there will be a change regarding the plans and I was automatically upgraded to the most expensive one. And on top of that I can’t even get in touch with a representative because I’m not in the good old US of A and I don’t want to stay 30 minutes in an international call for someone to pick up. I’m not going to subscribe to Disney ever again and might as well stop the others subscriptions as well.

I have been notified that disney will in increase the price from 36.99 to 49.99 monthly subscription starting 30 dec 2024 - this is more than 35% more for nothing - the tv app is constantly crashing on startup, the new content is coming after the release on paid per view - nothing changed - this is pure greed

the shows are nice but i’m not sure it’s worth it anymore. taking into consideration the platform’s constant lag and lack of overall quality, i’d expect the price to be more fair. the price has increased twice so far since i’ve made the subscription, pretty much doubling, and with the increase i’d expect it to feel more rounded, similar to the premium feel of netflix. i’m very dissatisfied… this doesn’t feel worth paying for anymore, especially to such a big company.
