I newly downloaded & subscribed to Disney+ on 21/01/2025. It doesn’t play on my Amazon fire tv stick, it just freezes. However, it plays on my iPhone. I reached out to the online support and they were asking for my card details and IP address to fix this issue. Ridiculous!

As the title says, the app itself is pretty basic, unable to remove stuff from watchlist, very buggy in that once a show is completed it won’t remove from continue watching section, also multiple shows get “stuck” in watchlist and no matter how many times you remove them they just say there. Have tried all troubleshoots and reaching out to customer service/ tech support and nothing.

Disney please fix the issue of casting to the tv via google chromecast it comes up but doesn’t load after numerous times of rebooting and removing and downloading the app.

Says number of devices exceeded even if you’re only watching on one device + Chromecast. Looks like using Chromecast counts are two devices

Horrifically bad app, stuck on ‘let’s update your profile’ page and won’t go any further so unable to use app, effectively paying for a service I can’t use, unsubscribing!

The app, on IPhone, Fire stick, TV, etc has a terrible authentication system which continually signs out devices, with messages claiming that, despite being in the same room, they are not part of the same household. I’m seriously considering cancelling my subscription unless things improve soon.

Get rid of that STUPID noise on starting!! And it keeps turning off on Sky Q. Total and utter rubbish!!!

Great app but regularly goes out of sync so you need to rewind 10 seconds then it’s fixed. If you pause at the end of an episode it will still auto play the next one too. Also restarts episodes from scratch when you close it and go back in sometimes. Minor bugs but good other than that!
