Could not be more convoluted to link tickets and find help 🙄
Twice, in the same day, we lined up for a significant amount of time and moved partly into the Rise of the Resistance before it closed down and we had to leave via the back entrance. We were given lightening passes each time but after the second cancellation, we didn’t risk returning that day. Understand that these things happen but better compensation for lost time should be offered, especially after the second time.
Genie is a blatant rip off. Disney is now money hungry.
Isollina went above & beyond in helping us find all the jumper sizes we needed. Please give her our BIGGEST THANK YOU 😍 It was at the Emporium She is a true ambassador to DISNEY JONATHAN & MICHELLE LOCKLEY from Australia
I’m just getting a feel before we go so I know what to book and see times of shows. I think it’ll be very helpful on our 5 days at Walt Disney-world
Won’t correctly load purchases horrible to navigate
Paid for the genie plus access and the app was down for the majority of our time at the park which means that we paid $300 extra for something we couldn’t use the entire time. The park staff did not assist and they did not allow us to enter into any of the fast lanes at any stage, even though we’ve already paid for the Jenny plus app. The response via the chat support was not existent after several attempts to try and contact a human being. Really poor experience all around and would not recommend attending the part to anyone who is planning to part their way with hundreds. If not thousand dollars. Shame.
Not working. No one can help
Not at all intuitive, UX design is poor and cluttered, even the park staff had trouble navigating through it. It also has some bugs where it wouldn’t allow us to navigate out of a food vendor despite providing the option (had to reset app and start again for each vendor).
