They can’t send a number to my e-mail…

Worst app ever

Worst app ever. I have never had so many problems- from trying to purchase my tickets which I had to eventually call and speak to someone because the app would not accept my credit card which cost me 100 dollars of long distance charges as I sat on hold and was moved from person to person. And fyi- it was not my bank. It was not my account. It was their system that was glitchy and not recognizing my address because of some spacing?!? And now I am here and I open up the app and I once again have to sign in and recreate a new password AGAIN only to not find my tickets there. So I have to search for the email and scan mine in. And now we are trying to set up my partners Disney app and it won’t allow him to even download it without adding another payment option ?!? Garbage

So much less functionality than Florida Disney App

Why can’t I link dining reservations to both people in the party who will be dining? Same for special event reservations? Some parts of the app are fine. But when the two are compared - it’s hard to understand some of the exclusions for the Disneyland app. The app crashes whenever I try to charge to my room. There is no way to look at my bill before checking out. The app crashes whenever I try to check out.

Can’t customize food order

Actually a great app, very useful when on the Part for checking the things you need to check. My issue is not being able to customize food order, ie. remove toppings from burger, etc. It great not having to wait in line to order food, find a table a sit for a few minutes, one glitch that seems fixable, as Subway, McDonalds, Wendy’s, all have this ability.

I love Disneyland so much and this helped to find my way across the park and see what times all the rides where at!!! It’s awsome

Ticket purchase

When trying to purchase tickets the screen gets stuck loading

Frustrating

When you try and book reservation you have to go to website and log in all over again. Then the app doesn’t link to your account on website and it makes you manually input all tickets on website…tickets you already uploaded and linked in the app. This app needs work.
