I would expect more from Disney
Terrible user experience. It’s like the app has been designed to minimize ticket sales. When trying to buy tickets for Disneyland CA it keeps linking me to Disney World FL.

Unstable app
Unreliable, poor navigation when in park. Awfully lot of text but overall lacks logic in operation.
Just waiting
They should limit the amount of people arriving to Disneyland as the space and facilities dont work for even normal wednesday or friday. Black out dates for annual passholders or sthing that it would be a nice experience for a normal visitor. First experience with Disney, and after this would never do again. Universal studios is 1000 times better.
Okay visit
We had a decent time despite multiple rides breaking down, too many people and ridiculously long lines.

This is a great app it helps when your at Disneyland you can order food and you can book a lightning lane and you can check the standby waits that is why I think Disneyland is a great place and app

When I put in my username and password, it goes right back to asking me for my username and password.
Disney is becoming a scam
It’s a scam there’s no way you can plan your day with this program take in consideration that attractions break down as it happened today!! Consumers really need to read the fine print when purchasing extra packages more then often you won’t get the benefits I remember with the fast pass was normal you pay extra you ride faster now is you pay extra plus extra. Plus extra depending on the rides you want to go in SO CONSUMERS BE ALERT pretty soon Disneyland will charge us extra if we breath more then normal

Disney poorly updates queue status and single reidet availability. This app is monkey business.
