App doesn’t work
Unable to even book the tickets
Experience as an outsider
Qs are very long. There should be a fastrack option. We bought genie+ option by paying extra money: however; that does not work since post booking first one there is 2 hour wait time and by time your option opens; rides that one wants are no longer available easily! What’s the point of then giving this option at the first place by charging extra dollars!! Not a memorable experience!
Scanner needs to improve to add your reservation
I want to scan from gallery and this app doesn’t give me an option.

Worst experience
Tough to get on to rides even when you make an additional purchase (genie). Expensive to enter and then it’s hard to get on to rides. Waste of time and unfortunate that Disney would give an experience so lousy.
I think it’s super populated. Waiting in queues for so long is really taxiing.
It’s too crowded. That kills all the fun
Experience at the Monorail
When the train stopped at Tom Moore land monorail we pressed the button to get in, as we saw travelers get out, however e were rudely booted out and Elysia further threatened to eject ya out of the park, I think being nice and informing people would be nice. We were asked to enter a cabin at the back of the train
