I assume the Guardian of your privacy pop up is set for larger screens as u can’t scroll to accept to move off to the main menu. My daughter and I have the same phone and the same issue, so how do we access for Paris Disneyland? No idea
Logs out all the time requiring a tediously slow login process almost everytime you open the app
The app was helpful to check the map and wait times for rides, however it shuts down and closes constantly while trying to check reservations. Would be much easier to use if it didn’t sign you out of your account every minute.
We haven’t even been to Disneyland yet and the app is already letting us down. Not signing in to the account, not showing bookings, not loading properly, glitchy. Heavens knows how terrible it will be once our actual trip occurs!
Kept logging me out and could not log in!
The app is the most frustrating thing. You sign in then try to pay but it asks you to sign in again but never processes the fact that you signed in
Used to work ok. Now when I try and sign in to make a restaurant booking, it only sometimes works
The app won’t let me link my tickets even within 15 days before the date
You can’t print the tickets, the currency is not charged correctly and you can never retrieve your tickets.
GPS tracking works poorly, timing of lines often out of date. Can’t book the restaurants online. Crashes regularly. Weak.
