Sign in option only sometimes let’s you sign in - very frustrating
Used to work ok. Now when I try and sign in to make a restaurant booking, it only sometimes works
Ticket linking is broken
The app won’t let me link my tickets even within 15 days before the date
Don’t buy tickets via the app
You can’t print the tickets, the currency is not charged correctly and you can never retrieve your tickets.
Not very helpful
GPS tracking works poorly, timing of lines often out of date. Can’t book the restaurants online. Crashes regularly. Weak.
Maps don’t load
Can’t manage tickets in the app and the maps never load correctly. Barely usable!
Great map, incomplete program/schedule
The map was very handy, but the paper map we received at the gate said to check the map for show and meet and greet schedules which were not available on the app. We ended up on missing out on any character meet and greets. Ride wait times are accurate.
feedback re lack of realtime updates
app is hard to navigate; does not show wait times live or specific ride malfunction status update ( peter pan ride was down last friday and i had to walk all the way to the ride to check if it was fixed later in the day - crue member was unable to inform me at another ride..)
WiFi drops in and out
WiFi drips in and out.
Disappointing park :-(
The app itself is very glitchy on map view and the wait times are not updated frequently enough. Wifi is only available in certain parts of the park thus rendering the app useless for travellers. The park itself prioritises skip the line customers by too much and hides the real lines within all the buildings. Lines have been 1-1.5 hours on average with no entertainment or visits from characters to keep people engaged. Even a countdown as to how long you have left in line would be appreciated. The characters and shows are amazing and what you would expect but it has not lived up to the hype.
