Its a shame to see that they put so much work in the park but the app is just horrible to use. Experience is not matching. Could not scan tickets. Also kids did not show up in the ticket overview so could not buy fastpasses..

Would be a fine app if it didn’t regularly log you out when you need it to access information in the park. The thing doesn’t even have face or Touch ID log I. So you gotta type in your password every time. Incredibly frustrating.

Added 3 tickets. The tickets never showed up in the app and could not be added again 🤷🏼‍♂️ If you add a ticket and dont immediately fill in the name details, i.e. if there's a delay between scanning the ticket and pressing Save, the tickets will never display and you won't be able to add them again. Devs, this'd be a good bug to prioritise 💯

Prima app maar… erg zwaar! Erg afhankelijk van internetverbinding! Geen handig onderscheid te maken tussen de parken.

I’ve been to Disneyland Anaheim and Disneyworld Orlando (and now Disneyland Paris). It’s safe to say this app is the slowest of the 3 parks mentioned. It’s also the only app that constantly logs you out after a couple of hours. Which is extremely unpleasant when you are in the park.

Nuttige app voor de parken, maar je moet telkens opnieuw inloggen. Dit is erg onhandig als je bijvoorbeeld je restaurantreservering wilt controleren, omdat het inloggen ontzettend lang duurt. It has been so long now… fix it!

Als de app werkt is hij top, maar dat is helaas niet vaak. Al heel vaak moeten verwijderen en opnieuw downloaden omdat hij weer compleet vastliep. Moet ook iedere keer opnieuw inloggen in mijn account als ik de app open.

Bij deze app moet je constant opnieuw inloggen en alleen voor de ritten kan je apple pay gebruiken. Bij andere bestellingen moet je elke keer een nieuw wachtwoord aanmaken en dan kan je alleen met creditcard betalen en de app onthoud niet de gegevens. Super vermoeiend en frustrerend. Als ik op het ene moment apple pay kan gebruiken waarom dan niet bij de andere betalingen.

QR code van de parktickets kan ik niet ophalen in de app. Pagina blijft wit
