Is Disneyland® Paris free?
Yes, Disneyland® Paris is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Disneyland® Paris legit?
⚠️ The Disneyland® Paris app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
DONT EVEN BOTHER . You download the app, fill everything in to purchase tickets and then you get an error right at the final screen to make payment. I tried everything, deleted and re-downloaded app, restarted my phone, used a different internet connection, tried it again on my iPad instead of iPhone 14.
I then went on the Disneyland Paris website and the price was 40euro more than buying on the app. I obviously didn’t buy that as I want the better price. I kept trying, I have a screenshot of the tickets at the other price that I want but the app refuses to let me pay. Sort this out. It’s trash.
Could be much better
Great there is an App - has potential to be hugely helpful.
Map is poor. App doesn’t respond well and not very intuitive. We found the paper map worked better.
A suggested feature would be that you can locate family members when you need to split up to take different rides.
Problems with App
Map does not work.
Show times incomplete.
Not overly useful.

App slow. Does not work offline, even for content which should be static, like the maps. Difficult to use. No labels on map even when zoomed in. Not updated for iPhone 5 so you can tell they don't care. You're better off with a paper map.

A quand un système de Logan et de sauvegarde d’identifiant qui fonctionne pour ne pas avoir à se connecter toutes les 20 minutes?
Surtout lorsqu’on veut faire une réservation il faut se connecter 2 fois…

Franchement cette application est d’une autre époque quand on la compare à celle de Disneyworld y’a de quoi s’en inspirer pourtant. Obligé de se reconnecter toutes les 5 minutes quand il faut pas attendre des lustres pour pouvoir s’y connecter
Accès conditions
Impossible d’ouvrir l’application à cause des accès de politique ou il est impossible de descendre la page pour valider bien dommage …

Une application indigne d’un groupe comme Disney
On lance l’application et on se connecte.
On veut faire une action (réserver un billet ou un restaurant par exemple) il faut de nouveau se connecter puis pour finaliser la réservation hop.. une nouvelle fois il faut se connecter le tout dans une lenteur.. digne du 56k.
Ce n’est pas une application juste une interface du site. Le résultat est catastrophique. L’expérience client est exécrable.
