Disneyland® Paris

I am an experienced smart phone user. I cant find any way to proceed with log in on my account on my iphone 12. Nor can i cäget any help from the customer service since they are almost impossible to reach. Our disney park adventure took a bad start before we even have gotten there

The app is super important for trips to the parks as it includes heaps of information about restaurants, attractions, etc. However, there is something strange about the login experience. You’re frequently logged out of the app and the login experience is remarkably slow (25 seconds at times). This might now seem long, but it’s significantly slower than any other app I’ve ever used. I’ve also had experiences where I must delete/ reinstall the app to log in because the app won’t let me sign in/ creates this loop of failed sign in attempts (but doesn’t tell you it’s a failed login, just asks you do it over and over. So, yea, you need the app, but it’s a shame that there are some core capabilities like simple login that are missing.

The app couldn’t be worse. I’m logged in and still it keeps saying I need to register my tickets, regardless of how many times I add the information. It shows error pages over and over again. It’s slow.

Have spent hours just attempting to buy some tickets through the app, to no avail. Arguably some of the functionality in the app is usable, but it fails in the most basic stuff, making it easy for the users, and feels too "heavy" in general. Don't try to buy tickets digitally

The app gives a lot of useful informations about Disneyland in Paris - it provides whole maps with all attractions and events. It really helped to plan the discovery of parks, but the map is not exactly the same as the map on the paper brochures and is less intuitive then this on paper. Waiting time is always a little longer then in reality. Differentiation between Attractions and Entertainments is quite confusing and not obvious. Great option with upcoming Events like parades and night light illumination.

App often not up to date waiting times in attraction queues. Disneyland makes sure there is always long waiting time, reducing capacity if line is too short.

A quand un système de Logan et de sauvegarde d’identifiant qui fonctionne pour ne pas avoir à se connecter toutes les 20 minutes? Surtout lorsqu’on veut faire une réservation il faut se connecter 2 fois…
