Slow and cumbersome. You log onto the website and it just tells you to go to the app to book anything but this app is TERRIBLE. It’s almost unusable, can’t seem to book a table and it’s just not user friendly at all. Can’t even log in half the time. If you are telling people to use the app for everything. Make. A. Better. App.
Needs testing
The app needs to be tested properly before versions are released. Trying to book a table and getting an “An error occurred” message. Why the error? A table is available.
Please fix your app
You ask for password then on time passcode that does not send and takes you straight back to the login screen. Have to delete the app and reinstall every time this happens
So glitchy!
Unable to book tables, constantly keeps saying password is wrong and then the “one off key” doesn’t work. Unable to book or change anything. Please urgently sort. Extremely stressful

This app has to be one of the most frustrating glitchy apps in the world. For a global company I’ve no idea how this could be so bad. Please fix it
Keeps signing me out, have to reinstall!
Awful app, doesn’t even stay logged in… having to reinstall it to sign in is such a joke.
Crashes when trying to view QR code for tickets
Crashes to a white screen when I try to view my linked tickets! Rubbish
Ridiculously slow
Very frustrating accessing it. It logs you out each time and then it’s sooo slow. Fed up of the spinning Mickey!
App freezes
App continues to freeze after an update earlier today. When you open app it freezes on notifications screen
