Cricket Match Booking
At the time booking a cricket match tickets, Your App shows Tickets are transferable, However when the QR become live on the day of match, like 4 hour before the match. The App disabled the Transfer of Ticket option & as usual your customer support has no clue, suggested to wait for 3 hours and later on apologies in the last minute. You should mention in the terms of condition itself that tickets are non-transferable or else transfer after taking the valid id proof.. Please part some knowledge your customer support.

They just make everyone wait in queue for long time.I have also waited 1 hr for booking ticket and at the end i was not able to book the ticket i wanted!👎😑

I booked a table showing 20% discount, at the time of paying the bill they removed 20% of discount
Ind vs Eng booking experience pathetic
The worst customer experience I ever faced. I tried booking ind vs eng T20 match tickets, the waiting line was moving like a physical line outside govt office. Bookmyshow had similar system but they have a very fast processing. Mr. Deepinder you can do better.
