Just a Scam

Fraudulent charges, no customer service, and a lot of run around if you want to get anywhere, not even worth the subscription, I’ve had nothing but issues with distrokid, not a single nice thing to say, would rate 0 if I could

BAD APP. BAD SITE. NO CONTACT TO ASK FOR HELP

I will make sure , that , my songs songs will get released by another streaming platform. It said that my song got refused to go on platform of streaming because of the cover , and told me to change them but each times that I tried , it didn’t allowed me even if I fixed the problem on it. Even by clicking the link in the mail it didn’t work . And there’s NO CONTACT TO ASK FOR HELP NOT EVEN AN EMAIL. Perfect distrokid , you’ve lost a client and will definitely lose many more .

We can’t connect with apple

Everything is in the Title. I signed up with Apple on my computer, while Apple use private random email to connect, its not possible to enter the right Email on the phone app…

When logging in, it asks me to select a plan, although I have already purchased it and does not allow me to log into the application
