It’s been a year now I’am using this app. But after a year, when I want to upgrade my subscription I’am facing a lot of problem. Trying from last 7 days, but I’am not able to upgrade. IOS app doesn’t allow to pay I don’t know why. But when I open in the browser. It declines/reject all the cards I used.
It is great to have such enhanced music distribution service like distrokid.

Amazing work and fast work.
I have been using this for more than 2 years and all was going good but for more than 3 months I am not able to update my credits cards I tried 3 cards but no one is working although all cards are working find on another places. I dropped emails to contact me no one bothered to connect. I lost my two songs due to this reason. I hope they can fix it soon.

App service is very fast and prompt
I had paid for single artist and the app lands again in chose a plan page with single artist page disabled. In the web site strangely lands in a page which asks ‘ upgrade from ios device’ . Unbelievable these don’t even know how to maintain an app or a website. I have raised ticket , tweeted , messaged insta , no resolution yet and it’s been days now.
Their response rate is faster but I hv not yet received the links to my music as per promised
I paid twice through this app But nothing worked I got scammed by distrokid
