The Dividend Card app is exclusively for members of Lincolnshire Co-op. We know how annoying it is when you forget your card or just don’t want to carry it around with you. Getting our app means you’ll always have your card on your phone, and never have to miss out on cashback in our branches ever again.

Pay or part pay with cashback at any time
See member offers from local businesses

Sign in to the app with your membership number (6 digits on your card) and your password from our website. Don’t have a password yet? Simply sign in on our website now and create a password which will allow you to sign in to the app too.

Then just set your PIN and you’ll have your card on your phone ready to go.

Simple!

### *---- "Lacks any meaningful functionality"
Doesn’t allow you to register in-app, instead directs you to the website where you can apply and then have to wait (about a fortnight) for the card to arrive. Doesn’t give a membership number in advance of this so it’s absolutely no use until the physical card is delivered. 

No ability to add the card to Apple Wallet, meaning you must load the app each time you want to scan the card. Little thought or effort has gone into developing this app and the backend support system and it shows.

Also the ability to add the same card on multiple devices, so my partner can collect points when she shops.

My advice is that why not add the card to Apple Pay so that I don’t need to carry all the time my card and I can save some space in my wallet. 

Also want not open offers in the app than making me take a separate websites with the offers.

Plus why not add more settings to the app and make it more personal when you have the app than plane boring.

Why not add even points later if you forgot the card feature.

In this day and age, it’s ridiculous that this is a standalone app which cannot be added to Apple wallet. Surely it can’t be difficult to update this accordingly.

Whilst I can download the Coop App on my iPhone, it does not appear on my phone screen or in any of my folders. A bit pointless having to go to the list of Apps on my phone or back to the App Store to use it especially if there’s a queue of people behind me! 
It would seem that part of the process of designing this app has been omitted ie not having a Coop app on screen.

Very simple app. I’d accidentally download an alternative co-op app which allowed a card to be added to the Wallet on my iPhone. I have this app is not allowing to do it. It seems crazy to have a separate card for every member of the family, when the shopping is done by one member for everybody. I can download the Costa card for me and my wife I’m the same account and I can’t download the cop card. You should design an app at least matches what’s available with other apps or a similar nature. Please please add it to the Wallet on iPhone, it’s easy to find how to go into your appeach time. We open the wallet to make the payment so why not have the loyalty card there as well.

What’s the point of a digital card without being able to add it to the wallet? Whilst I’ve managed to do this via a 3rd party app, I suspect many wouldn’t be able to or trust a third party app to do it. Sort it out Lincs Co-op!

I don’t use my co op card because it’s just too many button presses to get it out, I would use it all the time if it had apple wallet support, please consider making this change.
