As mentioned by other users app will not send any email or text confirmation of your payments. You have to wait for 24 hours to see if your payment was processed. Horribly slow to schedule payment. I had to create a new account with another email address & my work cell. Now, I can’t change my work cell to my personal cell number because it is connected to the original account I’m locked out of and can’t get into. Have been a customer for months and log onto the website regularly to check payments and balance. Not only do the same login credentials not work on this app, but they don’t even seem to match the format of the website (website uses username, not email address like the app). Even if I try to change password or set up a new account it claims my account, email, and phone numbers don’t exist in their system. Not sure why they even bother advertising the app on the website if it’s impossible to set up app access when you’re already a customer. Complete miss on the app, Dividend.
