Very useful simple Div income monitoring tool

I used free version first, it had limitation up to 4-5 stocks. I tried many other apps and liked this one the most. Paid version is just $14 per year, totally worth it. I love seeing my Div dates in calendar and accumulation of our wealth. This app makes my anxious to invest more and more in every month. Simple and effective!

Loved until

It stopped connecting with my Fidelity account what a shame

Issues with connecting to portfolio’s.

I found this app to be great until it stop connecting to M1 Finance. I have reached out to M1 and DivTracker and I am told it’s because of Plaid. Super frustrating when you pay for the full subscription and you can not utilize it. It works with RobinHood and Sofi. I’ve been waiting months for this to reconnect and all I get is an error. I have most of my money in M1 and I can’t even monitor the dividends. I might try another app. It’s a shame because no one can give me a clear answer of why and when if ever this will be fixed. It use to work in the beginning. So just be aware if you use M1 I wouldn’t use this app.

Totally worth the cost and great tech support

It is so much easier to understand what dividend income I should expect which simplifies knowing how much estimated tax payments I should expect to make for the year. I normally shy away from paying for a niche app, but this app is completely worth it! I had some questions on how to add new accounts to what I’d already setup and I got a same day reply on a Sunday that helped with what I needed.

Simple The Best

Not a single issue; going on my third week using it. Love the app, it is simple the best from all the others I tried before landing on this one. It does everything I need; no longer had to use my google sheet. Thanks guys!

Better than a broker

Your app is brilliant, the UI and UX make it easy to navigate while looking stylish, the functionality far outweighs that of my brokers apps.

Error in Dividend calculation

Look at dividend payout for VZ you are using .49 for aug 1 2024 payout. The actual per share dividend is .665.

Great value

Bg fan of this app. Does pretty much every everything I need across several trading accounts with different brokers. All this for very reasonable price. Have slimmed down to just a few paid apps and this is one of them.
