## Divvy for Agents Description
The Divvy for Agents app helps agents who have signed up on Divvyhomes.com engage with their list of clients and check on the status of a transaction, without having to return to the office.  

Log in to your agent account

• Create your agent account on Divvyhomes.com and then log in to your account through the Divvy mobile app

• We'll email you a login link — eliminating the need for a password.

Manage your list of clients

• Use the search and filter tool to understand where your clients are in their Divvy approval and homebuying journey. 

• Leverage the Remind Client button to send quick messages to clients about next steps. 

Grow your portfolio of clients

• Easily invite a new client to Divvy by using the Invite option in the bottom navigation.

• Share your personalized referral link with your client using SMS or email, allowing them to easily start the Divvy application process. 

Understand important client details

• View the Client Profile to access information about the client's approved home budget and savings plans.

• Access contact information for clients and their co-buyers. 

Help your client home shop

• Link to our home calculator on the web to consult with clients about whether homes are the right fit for their budget and savings plan.

Offers on the go

• Leverage our Offer Initiation tool to generate purchase agreements in-the-field, allowing you to act on homes faster - and increase your chances of closing a deal.
