The last three months I have been trying to take some Timelapse videos. The phone is recording properly until some time that it crashes and I loose the footage. These Timelapse videos cannot be redone. I use the mode 5sec/5hours and usually it crashes after 01:40 of recording.
Will be awesome if you add: Pro res for images and videos, and 1.33 & 1.55 anamorphic. For now, we have a good app to control the gimbal but still we are not use it because they are really missing some features like those.
If its not useful its junk. Please Update ASAP. Multiple crashes and unexpected errors during recording with an IPhone 11 pro and the osmo 4. All the features to record are frozen without any reasonable explanation.
I have iPhone XS Max and when I take a video through DJI Mimo, it sounds horrible but when I take a video directly from my camera app it does not make the horrible sound. I tried it with iPhone 6s and took a video through the DJI Mimo and it sound perfect. So the question is if the DJI Mimo supports iPhone XS Max.
When pairing the osmo mobile 3 and an iphone x, when I use the mimo app the video gets extremely shaky. I had to stabilise 1h30 of clips in premiere with warp stabiliser to fix it, that took days to get done. People were saying to use a magnet behind the camera to stop ois but looks like there is one fix to prevent shaky videos....do not use this app. That will save you a lot of time and effort.
It doesn’t capture photos while you are taking video.. tragic

The app should be urgently update for iPhones 11/11pro exploiting their amazing photo capabilities (ultra wide and television lens) otherwise the app and the Osmo mobile are useless for iPhone users!!! Also iPad version should be come!
I was write 25 min video in this program of Disneyland night show it’s was difficult very much The pain in my hand was impossible , and in the end video dozens saved Doesn’t saved the video of best show and evening of my life..... I don’t recommend some one to write video in this program better write video on your device standard program!!!!!
MIMO app is good BUT: It doesn’t initialize Deep Fusion, Night Mode and probably Smart HDR. The extra widening on horizontal mode of the front camera also doesn’t work with MIMO. The ultra wide lens is also out!!! The first sample photos taken with the gesture (which is very useful) proved that MIMO app doesn’t take into account the latest technology 11 Pro offers. ⚠️For instance Halide, ProCam and Camera-M’s latest update all initialize Deep Fusion at the same conditions. 🆘 DJI you ought to update your app otherwise the user has to decide whether gestures and live tracking are more important than increased quality at least on the photo. I personally prefer the latter. And to be honest I was upset and depressed after watching YouTube reviews praising the functionality of Mobile 3 gimbal with iPhone 11 Pro but NOT mentioning anything for such big flaws!!! 😡 I paid a small fortune for the 11 Pro Max to use it to its limits and not being forced by a 3rd party app to leave out the exceptional camera qualities it offers. Awaiting for an update to resolve these issues, like the apps mentioned above. Only 2 stars for now, for leaving 11 Pro technologies out of your engineers’s list of to-do.
