Sometimes there are tiny issues with connection/disconnection but it’s typically stable. Controls are good, nice to use phone as an external display. Would be amazing to have false colour for exposing skin tones, the tiny histogram doesn’t quite cut it. Overall, it’s a reliable and useful app, not just an afterthought.

It seems good until you like use it. 
So many issues make it unacceptable
If you do anything else while you’re downloading a video it just stops and the download fails
Just randomly loses its connection and then you have to turn off the camera and close the app and start both again
It locks the video and audio when you’re using it so you can’t always use video and audio on other apps. 
Trimming a video is just about impossible. I work with lots of different editors in this one seems to work backwards and never let me do what I want to do. 
It’s okay for previewing things but if you have to do anything with a file you end up having to take the card out and putting it into an adapter. 
I think it’s less worse than GoPro software but still it’s the worst thing about the ecosystem

Waste of money for a gimble device that doesn’t work or connect. It’s not easy at all, have tried various different ways ie deleting app & reinstalling, resetting the device. The app isn’t easy to use. Do not recommend.

We have an Osmo Mobile 6 at work which is shared between multiple engineers for use with iPhones to do LiDAR scans. I have spent 30 minutes trying to get this OM6 to work. I have followed all of the troubleshooting steps including trying to reset the Bluetooth connection on the device and it still doesn’t work. Really bad user experience.
