DJI Mimo

So easy to use and transfer photos/videos to phone.

No doubt the technology is outstanding. The actual device is difficult to handle with all the bots and pieces falling off. The monitor is way too small. I should have tested all of this before I bought it. I would sell it, but doubt anyone would buy such a rickety camera.

Not as user friendly as some would like

I have had mine for a month and it keeps saying I should upgrade but doesn’t give me the option to Upgrade. I am readily disappointed because I am on holiday and I wanted to use it. It simply doesn’t work.

Superb and brilliant beyond belief

Ran update on my camera & when rebooted all my preset modes had disappeared….. I am very disappointed, this is a mission critical device for me that I had previously setup the way I needed it to work, I had to spend the last 30 mins trying to remember all the specifics for my presets so that it can work quickly for me in the field again. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! If this had happened in the field when I am relying on my device to immediately perform that way I expect it to & the way I had set it up with specific presets for different scenarios only to find that your recent update had wiped out all my settings it could have really thrown a spanner in the works. Test your software thoroughly before you release it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DJI osmo mobile se just stopped working in 2 months and the support team is useless.

Ive tried everything and the mimo app dont connect light of my osmo 3 keeps flashing green

I have a DJI Osmo Pocket that no longer connects to any of my phones 📱. My iPhone is running iOS 15.5. My Huawei P30 runs EMUI 12.0. Can this be fixed?
