I’m sure the whole DJI community will stand by me on this, you need to develop dedicated Mac and Windows alternatives. You make incredible hardware so it’s time to focus on software. We need 1 universal software that allows all the devices to connect to it wirelessly. The fact that we can’t directly wirelessly connect download and edit on our laptops it’s mad. 4K files weigh a lot and your phone has limited storage not mentioning the editing  perspective on a laptop rather than an overheating slow little phone. You’re a top tier brand with top tier prices, this should be a long time standard.

### **--- "Auto-rotation makes it really painful to use as a remote for the camera"
When taking selfies I often try to connect my phone to the camera and use my phone as a remote (voice commands work poorly when it’s windy). But due to auto-rotation the trigger button moves positions if you accidentally rotate the phone too much and so it’s really hard to use it as a remote. Native orientation lock has no effect.

Records videos with juddering maybe 50% of the time, dropping frames and ruining precious moments. We try to use Apple’s default camera app with the gimbal to avoid the issue. 

The gimbal itself also starts swaying when face tracking, left and right, more and more, until you’re out of shot. 

Issues still have not been fixed after years. The gimbal itself seems good but the software is shoddy and I doubt they’ll make it better now they have your money. It’s a real shame as it turns what could be a great product into a gimmick.

1. Glad to hear the update on video rotation function, however it cannot be uploaded on my device, iPhone 15 pro max. Idk why.
2. Whatever the reason is, I cannot download more than 10 vids or a long vid. The app would crash immediately.
3. Regarding the downloaded vids, sometimes it appears nothing there and I need to wait a few seconds for them to reappear. And sometimes, I have downloaded the vids to my phone, but they appear to be downloaded and many times, it makes me to download the same thing many times.

I would really appreciate if your team can look at and fix the problems listed.
