I was able to view the screen on my iPhone but now nothing

Terrible App or Equipment?

I have the Ronin SC and it has a tough time connecting to the app through bluetooth…i tried every possible solution i can find on y’all website NOTHINGS working.. tried deleting and reinstalling the app, tried turning my phone off and back on etc.. idk what can be the case with this problem but i feel like i wasted $200 for sure.

Works… sometimes. Need a more robust connection than an app for pro use.

If you want pros to buy your stuff, then have professional (robust & redundant) solutions for configuring and calibrating your products. Poorly written apps are not the way.

Massive bugs

I just bought. Canon rp. Then dji rsc2 and then zoom motor and then raveneye. I mainly wanted tracking. The hardware is great but the software isn’t up to dji’s reputation. Settings do not stick. I turn on joystick and it works for a bit then it vanishes. Same with other settings they don’t stick. Many things do not work. Exposure shows on bottom of remote display but usually do not work. Sometimes iso works. Once I had shutter and iso work bit fstop didn’t change. Those things I could change did not stick. It’s so depressing I’m thinking of sending all the dji stuff back to Amazon for a refund. I’ve owned several dji drones over the years and I’m not used to BAD software. So why is this??????? RTing of 2.8. Of five stars? Means no one else is happy either.

State of the art equipment that can’t be used!

DJI you guys are incredible with the drones but this is a disaster! The tutorial videos in the app are terrible. I can’t even find these on YouTube. It also doesn’t even allow you to view it in full screen. On top of that every time I try to balance it the app never gets past the loading screen!

works flawlessly with ronin-sc

i just recently purchased a dji ronin-sc. i was expecting a troubled experience with this app based on other reviews. to my surprise, it has been one of the more reliable apps that i’ve used. my app version at time of review is 1.6.2. it has worked great. easily connects to the ronin-sc and has all the functionality that i require at this time. the quality of the dji software is one of the reasons i chose a dji gimbal over some other brands. it had better reviews than competitors. i was hoping it would be reliable and easy to use. i have not been disappointed.

Changing password does nothing

I can’t log in so I reset passwords, still no access. Try changing it again, and still no access.

Track movement duration broken.

Just got an RS3 mini. The only create function worth using for me is Track, but the Movement Duration is stuck at 2s or N/A. It's broken and can't be changed. Please fix it.

iPhone 14pro Max control please

My RS3 connects to my phone via bluetooth and I am able to use the app for the most part, but the gimbal does not control the phone. I would love to be able to focus/zoom and start/stop recording like I still can on my DJI mobile (first gen still going strong!) Youtube tutorials get “stuck” and I had to reboot the phone to get back into the app.

Software updates are to slow

Love the gimbals but software updates are to slow. Just bought sony a7r V been waiting for software update for this camera for 2 months and zero :/
