## DKFM Shoegaze Reviews in United States

### ***** "Must have for every shoegaze fan"
Best place to discover new shoegaze!!! Always good songs playing
-- bduwhsyshdndkjd, 2026-01-14

### ***** "Worth supporting"
It’s worth supporting this station and app. Great selection. Impressive and fun. Highly recommended and adored.
-- goflight001, 2025-10-05

### **--- "Seriously needs an update"
Heart function’s been broken for 1+ months now...

Not car-friendly

STILL no CarPlay integration

Buffers at the drop of a hat

Hearts are too small to easily click

You have to wait until AFTER the song is over to heart it, otherwise the heart doesn’t stick.

This revision removed the “thumbs down” button. Either a thumb up or a thumb down indicates interaction, and IMHO downs are just as important as ups.

I could go on

Easier to just listen using a robust app like TuneIn’s

### ***** "Love it, my go to."
Great shoegaze music. App works perfectly. It’s my go to now. In car, by the pool, this app is on my front page and one of my top 5 apps.
-- Kman_Here, 2025-06-13

### ***** "DKFM"
I love listening to DKFM to discover new artists and hearing them back to back with classic favorites. And unlike streaming services that screw the artists AND charge the consumers on a subscription model, DKFM is free to listen and gives a voice to the underrepresented independent artists in shoegaze , dreampop, and beyond. Tune in. Buy their cool merch. Tell your friends. Support on Patreon. Keep a good thing going. (No I don’t work for them. Just a grateful fan of over a decade now.)
-- xXXoSUGARRoXXx, 2023-11-06

### ***** "Perfection"
The perfect app for the perfect genre streamed perfectly. I’m just agitated that I didn’t discover them forever ago.
-- News Blues, 2023-02-06

### ***** "DKFM 4 eva"
My friend turned me on to DKFM a few months ago and I finally downloaded the app. Kicking myself for not doing it sooner. I love the different shows and all the new shoegaze/dream pop I’m hearing. This app has pulled me out of my music rut. Very grateful!
-- weivertim, 2022-04-03

### ***** "You want shoegaze? You got it!"
I love that the app starts playing music right when you open it. No fumbling or searching necessary. You get shoegaze right off the bat. I love the access to all the different shows on DKFM. The only improvements that needs to be made is that the song title/ info don’t update when the next song plays. The info should change simultaneously when the song changes.
-- A2thaF, 2021-11-19

### ***** "Great Station"
There’s nothing like it out there and the blend of the genre with familiar radio touches work very well together. Nice to have a DJ spinning tracks for you, doing all the heavy lifting for a change.
-- TopRymin, 2021-07-29

### ***** "The best"
Best music, best user experience!
