Registratie flow werkt niet. Na het ingeven van de persoonsgegevens worden de velden “gebruikersnaam” en “wachtwoord” niet herkend als tekstvelden. Daardoor zijn deze niet in te vullen.

Aanmeldgegevens om de app zijn ook niet dezelfde als deze op de website. Helemaal onlogisch.

Het is alsof DKV je het zo moeilijk mogelijk maakt om kosten in te dienen.

I really like the general customer service but the technical service on the app is horrible and non-existant. My claims got a failure message constantly but didn’t report it so for months my claims were not sent in. I complained but in the end just had to upload everything via the website due to horrible service from the technical department. So use the web and forget about the app if you want to be sure!

Déjà que l’app au départ est pas géniale et n’a aucune fonctionnalité de suivi des remboursements (quid de ces décomptes à télécharger sur le site en pdf). Aucune synchronisation entre l’app et le site internet. Les méthodes de connexion sont du siècle dernier (à se demander si c’est encore conforme à la législation). Je ne peux maintenant carrément même plus l’utiliser car impossible de me connecter depuis mon changement de téléphone !!! L’app plante à chaque tentative. Zéro pointé ! Aucun support lorsque l’on tente de vous contacter. 2500€ par an ! C’est lamentable

Rien n’est prévu si on oublie son code! Pas de double identification ou d’envoi d’un code par SMS ou mail. Il faut désinstaller et ESSAYER de réinstaller car ça ne marche pas du premier coup….. quelle perte de temps. Et en plus, les données de l’App restent dans l’App, aucune synchro avec les données du site! Peu vraiment mieux faire.
