## DLC Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "Unreliable"
If you want reliable power, look elsewhere. We lose power frequently for extended periods. Duquesne, Do better.

### *---- "App won’t open"
I was hoping it was some combination of updates that I needed for this app to run. Unfortunately I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, iOS updates, and everything else you can think of. Just won’t open. I click on it and the app expands but immediately closes. Big bummer because this was such a useful app for managing my account.

### *---- "Will not open"
Will not open

### *---- "App keeps crashing"
I’ve tried opening this app after updating to iPhone 16, and it keeps crashing.
-- Ljbljr, 2024-12-09

### *---- "App simply doesn’t work and support ignores you"
Overall I have had the app for about 5 years. For the first 4 years I had little to no issues, the app worked as intended and the user interface is easy to navigate. Around August of this year the app would immediately crash when trying to open it. I tried everything (check for updates, phone software updates, uninstall/reinstall, etc) and when I contacted the mobile app support, specified by the replies to previous reviews, I clearly defined the problem stated all required information and their response was to open the app to troubleshoot. I replied stating that the issue is that I can’t open the app. No reply for 3 days so I reached out again to see if there is a resolution, no reply. It has been over a month at this point without contact from support, a resolution to the problem, or any type of software update to fix the issue that many people are having.

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
-- ikromj, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Doest work"
App doesnt open at all on my iphone..
-- SandeeepNaik, 2024-12-03

### *---- "Literally Useless"
I think every major company nowadays knows it’s in their best interest to update their apps more often than twice a year. Did you guys lose all your software developers? or is there some other reason why you can’t provide an app that doesn’t crash before you even make it to the login screen?
-- Ilovereeses, 2024-12-01

### *---- "Outage map."
Your outage map needs to have a legend describing what the symbols mean and how to obtain more information from them.
-- Nickslim, 2024-12-01

### *---- "Popups"
You can’t scroll a second on the app without the “your info is up to date” popping up
