I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, tried in airplane mode, rebooted my phone and scope, etc. Also tried another iPhone. Just goes to iPhone app settings, where it shows the app has permission. It looks like this has been an issue for a while so clearly not a high priority for DNT. If you’re counting on using an app to stream video I’d go with a different brand scope. -- Chris.Vance, 2026-10-10 ### **--- "No way to connect to device WiFi" I’ve tried everything I’m using an iPhone 16 and an iPad. No amount of troubleshooting has helped -- 77mb7776, 2026-03-13 ### **--- "Thermnite225" App is laggy and really of no help. Have tried speaking to the team at dnt about multiple different things with feedback and Suggestions on a few things that would make the scope and app more user friendly. Such as being able to control the scope from the app etc. a white phosphorus setting for nv. And a bunch of other things. Even asked if I could test products for them and make content with reviews and how tos but they didn’t even bother or seem to care. I guess paying 1500$ for a scope they could care less once moneys swapped hands -- Bustincider423, 2026-02-17 ### *---- "Pairing issues" The only way pairing works with my phone is to put it in Airplane Mode and then enable WiFi. It will then find the Zulu 520R V2 and pair. It will not pair if cellular service or Bluetooth are enabled. This is pretty primitive functionality in what should be a modern App. -- Grimjack65, 2026-01-14 ### ***** "Customer service was great" I was an idiot but support helped me connect correctly. -- InteriorSun, 2025-11-21 ### *---- "App doesn’t work" I’ve tried repeatedly to get the app to work, but it just keeps wanting me to turn on Bluetooth, which is already on. -- ReallyLongCommute, 2025-11-14 ### ***-- "Connectivity is horrible." This update made connecting to the hydra much more stable, yet made the live view 4-5 times as slow. It was worthless for live view before, now it’s worse. And forget about downloading videos. You’re better off hooking to a computer. On a positive note, the ballistic calculator is AWESOME. Super easy data entry, and I LOVE the fact you can select ONLY the data you want to see. -- nicks name is taken, 2025-11-14 ### *---- "Not connecting on IPad…. Who cares?" I try everything but nothing works with Tablets nor IPad. -- Luvarez, 2025-11-13 ### *---- "No connection" Can’t connect my 5-20. Shows WiFi on scope, on phone, however sending me to connection page. -- Medellis, 2025-10-08 ### ***** "Connection error in iOS 26" This error occurs when connecting your device with the DNT 5X20 sight. It usually loses the confection through wifi when fixing the reticulum to calibrate at the time of making the groups. An update would be great -- lenanzea, 2025-10-04 [View all DNT reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## DNT Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/united-states) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/united-kingdom) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/russia) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/south-africa) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/australia) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/colombia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/germany) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/denmark) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/algeria) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/spain) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/finland) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/india) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/united-arab-emirates) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/kazakhstan) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/malta) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/malaysia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/nigeria) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/new-zealand) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/romania) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/singapore) - [Tunisia](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/tunisia) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/vietnam) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/japan) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/austria) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/canada) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/dnt-RkFq/chile) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
