I had already bought this while ago for lifetime, now they erase it and is charging me again

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, for the chosen plan's price. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes/App Store Account Settings after purchase.

Mas o app trava toda hora. Não tem atualizações constantes. O backup não funcionou e eu perdi todo o meu progresso quando tive que trocar de celular. Realmente uma decepção.
Enganoso!
Havia comprado o aplicativo há um tempo atrás, pela vida todo. Atualizou e agora pede uma nova compra, por um preço bem abusivo.
Won’t upgrade to premium
I’ve updated to premium, it has been payed and yet no real update for extra habits is possible.
Too expensive!!
Apart from the price, the app is good, but $100 to spend on a app that should help u on daily works is too expensive!
Gotta find another one
I’ve paid for a premium subscription a while ago. Now they’ve changed to a monthly/annual program and, EVERYTIME I OPEN THE APP, THERE’S AN ADD TO THE NEW METHOD. In the description here at the App Store, they say you can track three habits for free, but right now it’s only accepting two. If I click to add a third one, the add flashes again. If the objective of the Done crew is to loose users and costumers, they’re doing a pretty good job!

I got this app in 2020 and paid for "lifetime" access. Now I can't access my paid plan, and I'm being charged to get the premium “lifetime” plan again. There's a support email and they don't answer.
