## Dobbies Garden Centres Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Awful App"
App is terrible. Was able to log in to my account, but no way to associate my Dobbies Plus Club card to my account, unable to therefore renew, cannot get to payment stage when trying to create a new account, and no way to get back to the membership sign up screen if you click to read the T’s & C’s.

Very frustrating App, when trying to do the most simple things. Makes it hard to be a customer.

### *---- "Tewkesbury restaurant has no customer care, very slow to serve, couldn’t care attitude"
Very poor service in the restaurant, phoning to book afternoon tea as not able to do it on line told it was my fault. Went to help desk and they couldn’t book it online either but they went and did it manually. Arrived for it and staff very offhand as my husband didn’t want the afternoon tea but we had booked a
Table for 3. 2 for afternoon tea and one picking off the menu, made to feel a nuisance as only set for 2. The tea itself was delicious but too much so asked for a box to take it home. Unfortunately busy talking to my grandson and forgot to pick the box up. Once in the car less than 20 minutes later realised I had forgotten my box of goodies and phoned restaurant only to be told hard luck it is in the bin. They couldn’t even say sorry, seemed to take delight in the fact they had thrown it away. They had my name as booked it and was obvious I wanted to enjoy what was left later but no as soon as you leave the table it goes in the bin so even returning a couple of minutes later wouldn’t have been any good. Customer complaints is suppose to be investigating it

### *---- "Does not allow me to see a digital card"
I downloaded this so I could add my Dobbies card as digital card to my Apple Wallet. It doesn’t work. The ‘club’ icon just shows the information from on the website. It says ‘ Alternatively, download our app and add a digital card to your wallet’ - I am in the app… I’ve re-tried about 15 times.
-- hello999, 2024-08-31

### *---- "Useless"
Sign in option gets stuck in an endless loop so can’t use the app for membership, points or any other benefits. Pointless.
-- Flee252, 2024-08-31

### *---- "Never ending login requests"
Disappointing app. I downloaded to access my club plus membership and card but end up chasing round an endless cycle of logging in. Impossible to access. Zero use to me!
-- Geobish, 2024-08-30

### *---- "DOBBIES Sort out your app"
I am unable to log in to my Club Plus account on the app. Despite clearing the app and starting all over several times, I am unable to access my Club Plus account within the App.
DOBBIES - please sort this out.
-- Thepetergabrielfan, 2024-08-27

### *---- "Rubbish"
Unable to log in; app just goes round in a loop.
All attempts to reset password don’t work - even system generated passwords are flagged as non matching??
Won’t be renewing my Plus card that’s for sure!
-- fergusx3, 2024-08-27

### **--- "What’s happened to the scones?"
My friends and I used to look forward to a coffee and a nice scone in Dobbies, Dunfermline. Then they started tasting like baking soda which gives an unpleasant, burning after taste. Also they crumble so much you can’t actually spread the butter and jam on them. An assistant told us there have been lots of complaints and they were going to sort it out. As of yet no difference
-- Newby 3, 2024-08-02

### *---- "Useless if you buy loyalty card in store"
Absolutely useless if you buy your loyalty card in store. Try to register it and gives you a second number which is not recognised. A known problem which the company does not seem interested in putting right. Over a week now and still can’t use it countless emails, phone calls etc and still waiting. Keeps saying it has been reset leave 72 hours and try again but still doesn’t work.
-- Fedup/annoyed, 2024-06-10

### *---- "Fix apple wallet"
Please fix Apple wallet, it’s so annoying that the feature doesn’t work
