Not receiving text message verification
I haven’t been able to log in for months because the app doesn’t send me an email verification, and this is getting really frustrating. Please fix this in order for people to receive the medical help they need.
No notifications
App is ugly and clunky, one of the worst UXs ever seen. The worst part of it is that notifications aren’t delivered! I wouldn’t be surprised to find out it doesn’t satisfy the security and privacy requirements of a medical app.

Cannot use it
The app crashes in the log in page, no matter how many times I install it. I’ve tried in different devices as well, doesn’t work. Please fix it.
No notifications
App is fine but there’s no notifications, I always have ti check after a bit if a doctor has answered and sometimes you miss messages
APP CRASHES PLEASE FIX!
After I enter my log in details, the app just closes. It does not even get to the next screen. My app has the latest update, I've tried resetting password and also deleting redownloading the app but nothing works! PLEASE fix it everyone has been complaining about this issue and we can't contact our doctors! This is unbelievable! When I enter the wrong email or wrong password (on purpose), the app doesn't close itself, it says wrong password/email combination. When I enter my correct log in details the app just crashes and closes after I press Login button. Please fix this people have been complaining for months and you keep putting these updates that don't even address this issue and if we can't even LOG INTO THE APP what is the use for even having this app??
Pathetic developers and managers
I am having issues logging into the app for 8 months and reached out to them 7 - 10 times but they don’t give a damn about anyone or any complaint. Idk which idiots are running and managing this app. Pathetic and disgusting
