In the beginning I thought it was a very nice app, but after a few months it started to give errors on login so I can’t use it anymore. When I reach out the staff they always say the same “keep trying” and “check if the app is up to date” and this has been going for months already.

Im constantly kicked out of my account, verification codes don’t work, the app crashes at random points.

I don’t know how possible to make such not working app in 2025!? Year already l can’t login, l always need to ask gp assistant to help me. Sms codes just stopped coming to my phone number. And no one even try to fix it. I’m thinking, maybe it’s right time to change the practice?!

Its been 10 months since my app is not working. I am not getting verification code even tho my number is correct. Its SOO annoying because every-time i have to make an appointment i need to call the gp office and they every-time ask me to make it through app and i tell them EVERYTIME my app is not working!!!!!!! Voorheen werkte de app naar behoren. Maar nu (door de nieuwe versie)? niet meer. Er zit niks anders op dan te bellen. Een gebruiksaanwijzing zou anders ook wel handig zijn.

The app doesn’t work. It asks me to log in and after I do so, I get directed to a page to see if I’m not a robot. After that the page just stays white. 

After i close the app and reopen, try to log in again I can fill in the code from the text message (can’t do that with first log in try). After that the same thing happens, I get directed to check to see if I’m a robot page and then the page stays white again.

I’ve been told to try “forgot password” and uninstall the app then install again but both don’t work. 

Please fix this

App crash’s all the time. Don’t think you’ll ever be able to log in. Super in optimised experience. Obviously your stuck using it bc you signed with Doccs. My advice. Just call them your local practise. It’s faster and less stressful.

### *---- "Application crashes for more than a year and there is no fix"
It is a pity as it affects the communication means to my GP. We contacted several times even got our emails reset and it still crashes. Better to test thoroughly before any changes. As this happened after the multifactor authentication update. This souses several latency in order to just ask question or contact and we need to wait on the phone. No starts.
