## Docket Description
Docket turns cloakroom chaos into a thirty-second tap.

At university events, club nights, and parties where a paper cloakroom tag gets lost or illegible by 2am, Docket gives you a digital ticket that can't be forgotten, crumpled, or spilled on.

How it works
1. Scan the QR poster at the cloakroom desk.
2. Pay $5 per item with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card.
3. Show your ticket QR — staff scan it, attach a coloured wristband to your item, and you're in.
4. When you're ready to leave, show the same QR to collect.

Why it's faster
Traditional cloakrooms hand you a paper tag and rely on memory. Docket pairs a digital ticket with a six-colour wristband system at the venue. Staff can find "Blue 7" in a rack of twenty-five items in seconds — instead of hunting for "#7" in a hundred-and-fifty.

Reminders so you don't forget
Docket schedules a notification thirty minutes before the cloakroom closes, so you never leave without collecting.

Realtime updates
Your ticket updates live as staff process it. No refreshing, no waiting.

Built for real events
Docket is currently used at university committee events and club nights across Sydney. It works offline for staff — if the venue's wifi drops, check-ins and collections queue locally and sync when the connection returns.

Your data
Docket stores only your first name, phone number, and ticket history. Payments are processed by Stripe — Docket never sees your card details. See  for the full policy.
