## DOCOBOAPP™ Description
DOCOBOAPP™ is the Smart device application compatible with the DOC@HOME® cloud-based solution allowing you to record your symptomatic and vital sign data. When registered for the service via your doctor or medical centre, the app enables supported devices to interact with doc@HOME®.  Patients with long-term conditions are provided with a complete range of clinically monitored, personally tailored features to record their key vital sign measures, daily symptoms, life style impacts and quality of life status changes.

Supported features may vary between platforms and countries.

For passing data to my remote monitoring team, the app does well and is easy to use.

It would be really handy if I, as the patient, was able to see a graph of the information, so that I can see the trends myself.   There is no way to see any previously submitted answers/data.

Not the best app.  Looks like someone has sold the idea to the NHS and mad it sound that it’s life changing which it is not. I don’t think the monitor it , still get appointments which cover the same questions. No one responds when you have an issue.  Thinking of giving it a miss. The more people use it they can justify it works.

Normally they call to show concern but whenever i need them they just told to contact your GP. Worst experience with berkshire remote monitoring so i just stop to enter my data. Very disappointed service   So not recommend to anyone👎🏻
