Not that great
No way to track food or activities. No groups to share healthy recipes with etc. No coach to ask questions to. Can’t figure out how to send messages to Dr. Tonya Frietz. Just weigh in everyday and that’s it. Maybe they are still setting me up but the first day with Omada I had my scale, a coach and was messaged and I could easily message her, joined groups on healthy eating and activities, Health coach is kind and supportive.
