With the latest version, every time you click to change something in your personal profile or contact Aide, the app lags and you have to restart it again and again. 
Moreover, when you try to reach out to Customer Support, it always redirects you to the FAQ section, where the navigation is rather confusing and circular. It is impossible to find the option to write a question to ask for particular information.
To verify a phone number from abroad by SMS, you have to reach out to Customer Service, because it doesn’t go through. The option to get the verification code through a phone call doesn’t work.
Overall, not user-friendly.
