I joined video call and nothing happened. My connection was stable, with all accesses. I could see that the doctor joined from the notification but on my screen, nothing was there. I clicked on the notification and boom - dark screen and no chance to reload. I left a call to rejoin manually and it was canceled and no chance to join the appointment again, no chance to write a doctor. Horrible 😡😡

Hello. I recommend you add feedback for doctors and the English option. I experienced a few times doctor was late for a 1 hour or does not speak English if select him just because of English. The price for the consultation would help understand their price menu, not just pay in advance

L’application avec une bonne idée mais mal réalise. On peut pas ni voir ni laisser un avis sur les docteurs. Et les doctors peuvent annuler le rendez-vous ou ne pas venir (consultation vidéo) sans aucune sanction. On peut même pas signaler à l’assistance.

1. If I check the doctor schedule - and after try to go back to list of other doctors - I the button (arrow back) - just changes the screen of doctor info/doctor schedule, but doesn’t go back… so I must to reload application (IOS, iPhone XS)

2. I select time 18:00 for urgent and 18:30 for another consultation but the same doctor - doctolib offer to change appointment or to cancel second consultation… why it’s impossible to make 2-3 consultation one day with one doctor????

Since German clinics don’t usually follow the ‘thermins’ strictly the idea to have a patient (who could be sick btw) create an appointment to just wait additionally an hour or more in the clinic is.. well not really nice. 

Another thing is localization: did you know some people could speak other languages then German/French/Italian? Well, at least now you know. Putting a JSON for ‘en’ is not such big deal, right?
