Not sure what’s happened but the app has not been working for a few days. Hangs on the logging in screen. Customer service raised a ticket but not heard nothing back. Alternative AXA app also not working.

Our Clinical team
Doctor Care Anywhere offers you the ability to choose your preferred clinician from our team of UK-registered doctors and Advanced Nurse Practitioners. You can search for a clinician based on their area of expertise, their name if you have seen them before, or their gender if you prefer to speak to a male or female clinician. All our clinicians are UK-registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and are qualified with the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP). They are also specially trained in virtual consultation skills, ensuring that you receive the highest quality of care during your consultation.
Same day medication
You can have your prescription medicine delivered to your door or get it sent to your nearest local UK pharmacy for you to pick up at a time that suits you.
Instant referrals
Following a thorough consultation, if appropriate, the clinician will write you an instant referral and email you to let you know it has been stored securely on your patient record. You can then download this to share with your specialist or insurer.
24/7 secure access to your patient record
You can access your patient record at any time, update it as necessary and use it to download notes and referrals for future consultations. We can also share your notes with your NHS GP with your consent.

Appalling App
This app is absolutely terrible, it crashes constantly and requires frequent restarts, most of the time it doesn’t work at all, very disappointing given the amount of money we are paying for this service.
Signing out all the time
Tired to login again and again every time I close the app
Impossible to register
Despite having at last been sent a verification code for this app, as none of the bumf sent by my AXA health contained one, I could not get this thing to let me in today, though boy did I try. The service may be blissful and better than the NHS but I have no idea. I can’t get in. Neither the app nor the website would let me register. Greyed out confirm panels, boxes that wouldn’t let you create a password, and so on. I spent upwards of 70 mins on the phone, either waiting 20 mins to be answered or working with extremely patient call-centre staff who could not make the app or website work either. From what they tell me this is all-too-regular experience. This service (and website) needs a doctor - but can anyone get through to him/her? No. This is the worst app experience I have ever had and that’s really saying something. I’m paying for it!
Always logs me out
App keeps me logged out even after enabling face ID - have to keep manually logging in and it takes ages
Repeated Login problems
Hope they can fix it as it’s a fairly good app.
Poor login experience
Can you save logged in state to not enter details every time? Or at least can Face ID work? Can app ask for hard update BEFORE I enter my login details?
Service great, app is unreliable trash
Just missed an appointment because I was sitting waiting for the doctor to join from the time of my appointment, then after 10 minutes I get an email saying I wasn’t there. Extremely frustrating. It asks to use Face ID every time I use it, but then never saves the login session or reuses faceid next time I try to log in. Upon this latest update, I can’t even switch to another app and back without it hanging on the splash screen and having to kill it which starts the entire log in process again. Sort out your QA
Loses data when you don’t finish booking process in one go
Got interrupted all my notes details vanished. Poor.
Meeting Rooms Don’t work
I’ve used this app on a few occasions and I’ve not been able to connect with the healthcare professionals. I think it happens when I arrive before them, there’s no option to join. If I arrive before them it’s fine. Needs fixing asap
