i don’t understand how this app can get high ratings. the live chat service is very bad. so many bugs. always end chat quickly. the so called ‘expert’ doctors are not friendly. only answer “yes” then give short and simple solutions then quickly end the session. the doctors that we can choose ourself also never online. really waste my money.
User interface
Not user friendly User was asked in the instructions video to click Medical Report icon in homepage but this icon us not in homepage. Only when clicked eWallet icon then the Medical Report icon appear.
Lags alot
Idk why this app keeps crashing and putting me to home.It’s bugging me that I was in the mid of consultation and the app crashes a lot causing my messages and images not being sent.Plus,they also got my consultation disappeared into nothing. When I pressed live chat, I can only send one chat before they crashes and put me into home screen again and again🤧

I can’t get help from ask support. Keeps dropping out from that feature.
Service Idea good, App quality bad
I just downloaded the app and subscribed to the monthly messaging but i cant seem to see or reply to my messages? the doctor has replied me but I can’t reply back, the quality of the app is bad
Allergy Basic Profile report no available
I have waited more than a month yet my Allergy Basic Profile is not uploaded and made available on my Doctor2U app. Also contact the Customer Service and still don’t get a resolution after weeks. What a disappointment!!!
