The browser worked in the tests, but then I couldn’t share mic/audio in the call. So they cancelled the appointment, but didn’t communicate anything. Just kept referring me to a face to face gp, refused to prescribe anything and wasted my $100 that I can get back. Took my daughter to face to face as I was then forced to since she wouldn’t help, and guess what. Dr prescribed antibiotics. First I booked a Doctor named Tim Cheng for 9:30am. He messaged me several times saying that he wants to start the appointment right away, which I was not ready for. That is why I booked for 9:30, not 9; it shouldn’t be that hard to comply if you’ve given your availability. So I had to cancel the session. Then I booked another one with Dr Aisha Zahid as she was the only doctor available for that time, I didn’t have much option. She spent 2 minutes with me, didn’t let me explain much, seemed like she was in hurry to take another patient. She prescribed me antibiotics which I didn’t want to take but I didn’t have any say. The conversation goes - “Do you think you need antibiotics?” - “I don’t know, it’s been more than a week” - “Ok so you can take this antibiotics….” This is the worst doctor’s consultation I’ve ever had. I think the doctors need training on effective communication, active listening & empathy. It’s like they were there to take as many patients as possible just for the sake of money. I have tried both the application and the website. I had an appointment made with more than 8 hours of notice who was acknowledged and accepted. I received a text later on asking if I wanted to reschedule or if I wanted to go ahead with the original appointment just ignore which I did. Then at 3:45 I was getting ready for my call and it seemed like my application was cancelled by Dr Ooi saying “I cannot make that time” then I tried to reschedule with the first available doctor and I kept getting an error message. I contacted the customer support which I spoke to 3 different agents that just closed the chats due to “inactivity” without helping me at all.
