App can’t connect to OneDrive anymore and despite multiple enquiries (it’s more than a month now) the problem has not been solved. Do not recommend the app especially considering how expensive it is

Bug issue i think
I have been usinv this app for a very long time and its one of the best i still use it and also recommened as my family members use it for work and personal use Recently had a issue where the app will close it self each time when u open back up but once it like 3 times u opened it it goes back to normal Can you gix this please Love the app thanks

I wanted to get a gtag model to 3d print and I wanted an obj so I bought this to convert the stl file into a obj file but it didn’t work at all
App doesn’t connect with OneDrive + appalling service
The app can’t connect to OneDrive and after flagging this to Customer Service - note, I have the (highly overpriced) premium sub - I have received virtually no helpful feedback. It’s been more than two weeks since I first wrote in.
They charged me for a free trial which I cancelled in the first day
They charged me when I cancelled on the first day of the 7 day free trial. I didn’t like the features so cancelled. There are other reviews too of people facing the same issue. This was an unauthorised charge. This company is no different to thieves. They took money from my account for no reason. They should be put in JAIL. For stealing my money.

I was looking for a way to sync docs across iPad and iPhone without using iCloud. This proved the perfect app for that.
