After using it for a few weeks, I can now say that it’s not that great. It takes FOREVER for prescriptions to be pushed to the pharmacy, even tho when you submit it says it will be delivered within an hour. I recently sent in a prescription for a patient and it was sent to a pharmacy in an entirely different state. I would rather pay a couple hundred bucks a year on an app that actually works and does what it says. I know this app is free, but as a busy provider I don’t have time to chase down prescriptions or constantly email their IT people. I submitted the documentation they requested at the time but the app keeps saying they are still verifying my credentials. I started to look up the developer online and it is possible this is a scam.
