# 타임 블록 만들기
- 첫 화면에서 + 버튼을 눌러 타임 블록을 만들어 보세요.
- 시간에 이름을 정하고, 언제 시작할지만 정하면 끝이에요.
- 그 시간 동안 집중하기로 결심했다면, "Todo 끝내기"를 끄고 원하는 집중시간을 입력해보세요.
# 타이머로 재는 집중력
- 타임 블록의 플레이 버튼을 누르면, 타이머가 시작돼요.
- 다른 일을 할 때는 일시 정지, 일을 끝내면 체크 마크 버튼을 누르면 돼요.
- 얼마나 오랜 시간 한 가지 일에만 몰입할 수 있는지 알게 될거에요.
# 작은 할일로 쪼개기
- 가끔은 더 작은 일로 쪼개면 빠르게 해결할 수 있는 일이 있어요.
- 만약 면접 준비를 한다면, 제출했던 이력서도 다시 보고,면접후기도 찾아보는 거죠.
- 뭐든지 "~~하기"처럼 구체적이고 작은 일로 잘라낼 수 있어요.
- 이제 이 시간마다 얼마나 걸릴지를 정할 수 있어요.
- 타이머에서 이제 작게 쪼갠 쉬운 할일 하나씩을 끝내보세요.
# 큰 목표 이루기
- 어떤 일들은 하루만에 끝내기 어렵기도 하죠.
- 그런 큰 목표는 Goals탭에 적어두세요.
- 적어둔 할일들을 가져와 타임블록을 만들 수도 있고, 집중한 시간들을 기록해볼 수도 있어요.
