This app has helped me so much, when ordering things from Taobao. The agents are so helpful and supportive, i think they are the main reason I use this app, the support system is amazing. The quality checks are very good as well, they make sure to notify me if anything looks wrong with an item or if the seller messed up. Great app!

I tried to contact them via Inquiry, Discord, this Mobile Chat AI service and email. NO ONE was able to help me with my $400 order. The shipping fee is ridiculously expensive, not even aliexpress or superbuy will charge you more than what you originally paid for the item.

The app was incredible when I entered in my clothing from taobao and wait times were short. However, to actually get the items you wanted, you would have to pay a high shipping fee that doubles your total price. Not to mention the coupons in app don’t work.

I like using DogeGoo for large Taobao orders (6+ items) since buying from overseas is expensive right now. Payments process quickly, the staff is always professional and my items are consolidated/packed neatly every time. I’ve also received refunds from sold out items very quickly. They will also help you get pre-orders, which I really like. 

Shipping prices always depend on the weight of your package, the contents and the country you’re shipping to, so you can’t really rely on prices that others pay to be reflective of your order. The available lines do include custom fees, so I don’t have to worry about paying extra at the door. Overall, I’m pleased with this shopping service. The UI could be streamlined a bit, though!

Their customer service is really good, they respond quickly and notify you about the terms and conditions of a product and give you inspection photos of what you bought just to make sure.

When I got my packages, they were well wrapped and secured, none was damaged. 

Shipping costs may be high but understand that international shipping is expensive due to tariffs, handling fee, inflation, etc.

The agents were very helpful and took good care of package inspections. They respond quickly and helped when needed. The only issue was the shipping fee. My package was about $100 total, and shipping cost nearly $200. Including the shipping cost, they make you pay ANOTHER fee for who knows what which is another $30
